Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has had a significant impact on various areas of life, including the health sector. Information technology today is not only used for communication purposes, but also to increase efficiency, accuracy and convenience in managing data and services. One form of implementing technology in the health sector is the development of a web-based system that is able to simplify the administration process and interaction between patients. This research aims to design a web-based user interface for the Sri Rahayu Utami Independent Practice Midwife patient registration system using the User Centered Design (UCD) method. This system is expected to simplify the patient registration process, increase efficiency, and provide a better experience for users. The results of the research are an interface design that is intuitive and easy to use, including the home page, patient registration, registration confirmation, and location information. Through evaluation, this design is considered to be able to meet user needs and improve the quality of midwife independent practice services.
