Abstract

Digital transformation is a priority in improving government administration in Indonesia, including Sumedang Regency, which has adopted information technology to enhance public services. One of its initiatives is the development of the SiTabah admin dashboard by the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) to support disaster data management. This study aims to design an intuitive and efficient admin dashboard using the prototype method with Figma as the design tool. The method includes requirement analysis, prototype creation, black-box testing, and design evaluation based on user feedback. The study results show that the dashboard design achieved a 70% success rate in testing, with 7 tests passed and 3 failed. No bugs or errors were found during testing, but some features require revision, particularly in interface design and feature functionality. These findings confirm the effectiveness of the prototype method in identifying and addressing design weaknesses before further implementation. In conclusion, the SiTabah admin dashboard design successfully provides a clear initial overview of the system's structure and functionality but requires improvements to fully meet user needs. The designed dashboard facilitates access to critical information, data-driven decision-making, and more efficient disaster response. This study is expected to contribute significantly to disaster mitigation efforts in Sumedang Regency through a more effective and user-friendly information system.
