Abstract

The rapid development of information technology drives the need for web-based information systems to provide information quickly, accurately, and easily accessible. However, the residents of Darmaraja District face challenges in obtaining district profile information due to manual data management and the absence of a comprehensive information system that can be accessed via the internet. This research aims to design a web-based profile information system that can integrate various important data of the sub-district, facilitate access to information, and enhance the transparency of public information. The method used is prototyping, with stages including requirements gathering, building the prototype, prototyping evaluation, system coding, system testing, system evaluation, and system usage. The research results show that the designed information system successfully integrates district profile data comprehensively, equipped with a user-friendly interface, and supports easy access to information for the community. This system is expected to improve data management efficiency, facilitate information dissemination, and encourage digital transformation at the sub-district government level. With the implementation of this information system, Darmaraja District can provide more modern and transparent information, while also meeting the community's need for quick and accurate access to information
