Aim of this study is to facilitate data collection, monitoring, and information dissemination to the inhabitants of RW 04 through the introduction of digital systems. Moreover, this study introduces digitalization in response to rapid technological advances with the aim of improving the efficiency and accuracy of public service delivery. The methods used are prototypes and focus on meeting the needs of users to create more appropriate and effective solutions. The results of this study aim to simplify management processes, increase transparency and enhance communication between RT/RW management and the community. The introduction of digitalization aims to create a more modern and responsive environment that meets the needs of the digital age, thereby improving the efficiency and sustainability of public services. To create a system that is suited to the requirements of RW 04 administrators and residents, the prototype technique was used in this study. With an iterative process of testing and user input, the approach focuses on creating a dynamic and user-friendly digital platform. By employing a prototype, the system's functionality and design were continuously improved in response to user feedback, guaranteeing that the finished product satisfies community needs. Stakeholders were included in the design process to ensure the platform's accessibility and relevance and to ensure that it functions as an effective tool for communication and data management. This method made it possible to guarantee that the technology created was useful, focused on the needs of users, and adaptable to changing conditions. A mobile application was created as a result of the study's findings to help the RT/RW management effectively gather, track, and distribute data. Features like managing resident data, reporting community events, sending out alerts for significant updates, and tracking requests or complaints in real-time are all included in the program. These features improve the overall effectiveness of managing public services by streamlining administrative duties, cutting down on paperwork, and more. Additionally, the application promotes greater openness by making it simple for locals to view updates, interact with RT/RW administrators, and obtain public information. Real-time notifications and feedback systems improve communication between the community and management, encouraging a more responsive approach to service delivery. Data access and management are now easier because to the advent of digitization, which has produced a more structured and efficient service environment. By using less paper and manual labor, this contemporary, digital method not only increases the efficiency and timeliness of public service delivery but also supports ecological practices. Additionally, by offering a scalable platform that can be connected with other public service programs in the future, the project's success provides the groundwork for future digitization efforts. In the end, the research helps build a more cohesive, open, and effective community that is better prepared to face the difficulties of the digital era.
