Documents are very important for an institution or company because they contain a lot of important information, both general and confidential. The Regional Inspectorate Office is experiencing problems with data management, especially in the storage and processing of increasingly large audit data. The processing becomes slower and less efficient due to the continuously increasing data pile. The aim of this research is to solve this problem by creating a data processing application that can help the Regional Inspectorate store and manage data more effectively. Planning, implementation, software testing, instruction, deployment, and maintenance are all steps in the creation of an Agile application. The application developed has many features, including data processing audits, data search, data graphs, and user access control. It is expected that this application will help the Regional Inspectorate employees become more productive and support public oversight and accountability.
