WEBSITE QUALITY EVALUATION OF INTEGRATED ASN EMPLOYEE INFORMATION SYSTEM (SIPANTES) AT SUMEDANG HUMAN RESOURCES AND DEVELOPMENT AGENCY USING WEBQUAL4.0 METHOD

Abstract

This study evaluates the quality of the Integrated ASN Employee Information System (SIPANTES) website at the Sumedang Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency (BKPSDM) using the WebQual 4.0 method. The three main dimensions analyzed are usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. Data were collected through direct observation and semi-structured interviews with 15 BKPSDM employees from various positions. The results of the study indicate that SIPANTES is sufficient to meet the needs of employee information, but there are shortcomings in the aspects of navigation, information updates, and service responsiveness. Improvements in these three dimensions are needed to improve user experience and satisfaction and support more effective employee management.
