During the Certified Internship and Independent Study Program (MSIB) Kampus Merdeka at PT. Generasi Anak Muda Berkarya (Hicolleagues), the author served as a UI/UX Designer in developing cleaning services through the Spotless platform, which provides general cleaning and AC service solutions. During the internship, the author identified the need for a more flexible dashboard to facilitate content management on the main website, particularly for the User Manager and Product Manager features. This study aimed to develop the dashboard using the Design Thinking method, which comprises five stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. The prototype testing results revealed that the developed design successfully addressed user needs for more flexible and informative content management. Moreover, the prototype has been approved by the Product Design team and is ready to be used as a reference for further development. This study contributes to the development of website-based digital services by utilizing the Design Thinking approach to create relevant and user-centered solutions.
