Libraries are one of the important facilities in supporting teaching and learning activities in schools, but manual library management often causes various problems, such as delays in recording, data errors, and difficulties in finding information regarding the status of books. This research aims to design and develop a computer-based library system at Bojongloa 1 State Elementary School using the Design and Development method. This method was chosen because it allows gradual and structured system development, starting from analyzing user needs, system design, prototype development, to testing and evaluation. The results of this research show that the system developed can increase the efficiency and accuracy of managing book, borrowing and return data. Apart from that, this system makes it easier for managers and users to access library information. In this way, it is hoped that this system can improve the quality of library services at Bojongloa 1 State Elementary School and make it easier for students, teachers and school staff to make optimal use of library facilities
