Abstract

The Managed Service Operation (MSO) unit at PT. Telkom Infrastruktur Indonesia faces challenges in managing Collaborative Network Optimization Project (CNOP) and Other Licensed Operator (OLO) order data, which is still manual and offline. This condition causes inefficiency in data retrieval, redundancy risks, and obstacles in real-time transaction status monitoring. This study aims to build a Java Desktop-based customer management information system application with MySQL database integration. The system development uses the Waterfall method which includes the stages of requirements analysis to testing. The results show that this application successfully centralizes operational data storage, accelerates the validation process through Service ID (SID), and provides accurate reporting features. Functional testing using the Black Box method confirms that all main features run according to expected specifications.
