Islamic boarding schools are institutions that understand and comprehend changes and social challenges in society. The life of Islamic boarding schools is inseparable from the problem of moral development. This study aims to describe the Role and factors that influence the Management in Developing the Morals of Students at the Miftahul Muta'allimin Babakan Ciwaringin Cirebon Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a Qualitative method with a descriptive approach, taking the background of the Role of the Management of the Miftahul Muta'allimin Babakan Ciwaringin Cirebon Islamic Boarding School. Data collection was carried out by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by giving meaning to the data that was successfully collected, and from that meaning conclusions were drawn. The results of this study show the Role of the management in developing the morals of students with Bandungan Study, Reading short letters, Madrasah, congregational prayer, and Developing the wisdom of these activities involving all students. and factors that influence administrators in forming the morals of students with exemplary behavior and riyadoh (training) so that students who are fully involved in Islamic boarding school activities will have their morals developed.
